Situated at 4501 Auburn Blvd, Suite 108 in Sacramento, California, Ares BJJ Sacramento provides Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and combat fitness instruction. The academy serves practitioners across the local Sacramento area under the Ares BJJ association banner, promoting disciplined martial arts practice. The instructional staff brings 50 years of combined Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu experience to the mat. Black belt instructors teach technical grappling methods, ground escapes, guard passing, and submission defense in an environment organized for beginner through advanced participants. In addition to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, the facility houses Rise Kickboxing and Fitness, enabling members to access cross-training opportunities.
