Welcome to JiujitsuGyms.com (the "Site"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, features, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services").
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Site or Services.
2. Registration and Accounts
To access certain features of the Site, you must register for an account (via Supabase authentication). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Gym Directory and Claim Listings
The Site is a directory for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academies. Gym owners or managers may claim their listings. Verified claims grant access to update gym information, rosters, class schedules, and stream keys. We reserve the right to verify claims and suspend or terminate claims that are fraudulent or unauthorized.
4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Stripe
We offer paid subscription plans (SaaS management, Featured listings, City Hero ads, and Homepage Hero ads). All transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment provider, Stripe.
- Billing: You agree to pay all applicable fees for your selected subscription plan. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
- Cancellations: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal accessible through your Dashboard.
- Refunds: Except as required by law, all payments are non-refundable.
5. Acceptable Use and Content Policies
You represent and warrant that any content you post (including reviews, images, gym details, and class streams) does not infringe upon third-party rights, is honest, and is not obscene, abusive, or unlawful. We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of gym information, reviews, class times, or stream quality.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JiujitsuGyms.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after terms are updated constitutes acceptance.
