The facility is a veteran owned non-profit organization dedicated to developing character, sportsmanship, and physical fitness in men, women, and youth through jiu-jitsu and wrestling. Instruction is directed by Coach Maloney, who serves as Head Coach. Maloney has been active in competitive wrestling since 1984 and joined the Wyandotte Wrestling coaching staff in 2005. He began his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training in May 2009 at Detroit Jiu-jitsu under Danny Agemy in Melvindale. The weekly schedule provides training for both youth and adult practitioners.
