Instruction is provided by Sensei Jeremy Brown, a 20-year U.S. Air Force veteran who earned his 1st degree black belt in Taekwondo from Grand Master Mel Griggs in 1997. The school delivers martial arts training across a variety of disciplines, including karate, taekwondo, judo, and more. Daily training sessions operate from 05:30 pm – 08:30 pm and are divided by age groups. Classes for ages 4-6 run from 5:30 - 6:15 pm, followed by ages 7-12 from 6:30 - 7:15 pm, and adults 13+ from 7:30-8:30 pm.
