Silverback Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy operates at 2 East Franklin St. in Waupun, Wisconsin. Established as the area's first pure Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy, the school is led by head instructor Scott Roffers. Roffers began training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in 2010, earned his black belt in 2021 under professor Scott Huston of 360 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and received his first-degree black belt in 2024. The training curriculum serves students starting at five years old through dedicated kids classes as well as adult and teen classes.
