The academy teaches the Nikidokai combat system developed by founder Hanshi Nico Fernandez, which integrates American-style kickboxing, Muay Thai techniques, and traditional martial arts principles. Instruction is directed by Sensei J.B., a recipient of the Nikidokai black belt who brings over two decades of experience coaching youth sports. Training emphasizes self-respect, physical discipline, hard work, and practical self-defense skills applicable both on the mats and in daily life. Class programming is organized across age and skill divisions. Youth instruction begins with Super Little Savages for children ages 4.5 to 5, Little Savages for ages 6 to 8, and junior fighters for ages 7 to 11.
