301 MMA & Fitness

Opened in 2018 at 750 State Route 3, Suite C21 in Gambrills, Maryland, 301 MMA & Fitness is a family-owned martial arts and conditioning academy equipped with a spacious mat room and dedicated strength and conditioning area. Youth programming is segmented into three age brackets, beginning with Tiny Ninjas for ages 3 to 5, which uses 30-minute classes to teach basic jiu jitsu movements, coordination, and balance. Students ages 6 to 12 train in Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in both Gi and No Gi formats as well as Kids Striking/MMA, while adolescents ages 13 to 16 progress into Teens Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Teens Striking/MMA. For students ages 16 and up, the academy offers Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu covering fundamental and advanced Gi and No Gi grappling with situational sparring, alongside Adult Striking/MMA classes that integrate boxing, kickboxing, and mixed martial arts. Members can also join the Shredded strength training program or book private and small-group lessons.
