804 Jiu-Jitsu /Team Passos provides Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction at 4816 Market Square Ln in Midlothian, Virginia. Located in the Market Square Shopping Center near Sergio’s Pizza off Hull Street Rd and Rt 288, the academy has served practitioners across Chesterfield County since 2017. The coaching staff includes wrestling coach Robert, who received his black belt under Tony Passos and Heriberto Lopez in 2026, alongside instructor Keith Rowell. Instruction is also supported by coach Paul Wright, a retired Infantry Marine with 30 years of grappling experience who holds a black belt instructor credential in the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program. Class offerings include Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for students ages 15 and older in both gi and no-gi formats, as well as youth programs emphasizing self-defense, physical fitness, and active listening. The school provides private 1-on-1 coaching sessions and offers one-week trial options for incoming adult and youth students.
