A.S.D. Judo Italia Triggiano

Judo Italia Triggiano is a FIJLKAM-affiliated sports association founded by Luigi Tricarico. Based on Via San Francesco in Triggiano, it teaches judo to different age groups and supports both competitive and recreational participation. Children's instruction is a particular focus, using a play-based approach that combines judo exercises with technical learning. The association emphasizes physical development, orderly practice, and cooperation without pushing children into early competition. Its teaching approach encourages students to look beyond winning and losing while learning within a disciplined group.
