Apex Jiu Jitsu and MMA: Sterling

Apex Jiu Jitsu & MMA operates at 45714 Oakbrook Ct #160, Sterling, VA 20166. Facility operating hours run Mon–Fri: 4–9 PM, and prospective members can book a free trial to begin training. Instruction is directed by Head Instructor Coach Jamil Hill-Taylor, who is an IBJJF World Champion. The coaching team also features Head No-Gi Instructor Coach John Brattelli, alongside Head MMA Instructor Coach Dalash and Head Wrestling Coach Coach Ray Pate. Academy training disciplines include Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Mixed Martial Arts, and Youth Wrestling. Grappling instruction provides Gi and No-Gi classes, while youth divisions are organized into Wolf Pups for ages 3–6, Kids for ages 7–13, and Teens for ages 14–17.
