Asgard Jiu-Jitsu Academy brings together Gi and No-Gi, two complementary Brazilian jiu-jitsu categories that distinguish training with the traditional uniform from training without it. Located in Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine, the academy is identified by this paired discipline mix rather than a single jiu-jitsu label. For a beginner, Gi and No-Gi provide two broad ways to understand grappling movement, control, timing, and positional decision-making. For a competitor, the combination highlights how rules, grips, and available contact points can differ between the two categories while the grappling foundation remains connected. Asgard Jiu-Jitsu Academy therefore stands out in Kryvyi Rih through an explicitly dual Gi and No-Gi focus in Ukraine's martial-arts landscape.
