Bismarck MMA operates in Bismarck, ND at 1418 Airport Rd Shop #14, Bismarck ND 58504. New students can begin with a trial offer where the first class is free for ages 10+. Instruction is led by head instructor Coach Roger Stiner. Roger Stiner is a retired MMA fighting vet of 21 years, a 3x MMA Middle Weight Champion for NFA, and a blue belt in Gracie Jiu Jitsu under Rodrigo Gracie. The instructional staff also includes assistant instructor Assistant Coach Isaiah Spitzer, an amateur MMA fighter and blue belt in Gracie Jiu Jitsu under Rodrigo Gracie. The facility provides martial arts training for members across a selection of combat sports disciplines. Available class programs include Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Boxing, Judo, and Wrestling. Students train across striking, clinch, and ground fighting arts in a shared learning atmosphere.
