Iron & Soul Jiu-Jitsu operates at 1710 W McPherson Hwy in Clyde, Ohio. The academy provides martial arts and combat training for local students, offering instruction in grappling, mixed martial arts, and self-defense fundamentals. The gym is owned and operated by Owner Justin LaBenne, who founded the academy drawing personal inspiration from an essay by Henry Rollins. LaBenne directs the school with a focus on teaching students to use technique, leverage, and proper movement to overcome physical advantages in competition or self-defense situations. The weekly schedule includes programs for both youth and adult practitioners. Class offerings feature Fundamental Jiu-Jitsu (Gi), All Levels Jiu-Jitsu (Gi), All Levels Jiu-Jitsu (No-Gi), Kids Jiu-Jitsu for ages 5-14, and MMA striking.
