Bruno Bastos BJJ Midland

Midland BJJ operates at 4612 Billingsley Blvd in Midland, Texas. Instruction is led by owner and head instructor Brad Barnes, who began training in 2001, coached mixed martial arts athletes, and earned his black belt at the 2015 Masters World Championships. A law enforcement veteran and C4C PJJ adjunct instructor, Barnes emphasizes practical control and real-world self-defense. The academy curriculum provides Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Gi and No-Gi formats, alongside mixed martial arts instruction and private training. Youth training is divided into age-appropriate offerings, featuring the Lil' Ninjas program for children ages 4 to 7 to introduce foundational movement and the Samurai program for ages 8 to 14.
