Bully Jiu Jitsu

Bully Jiu Jitsu is situated at 6865 Magnolia Beach Road Suite D in Denham Springs, LA 70706. Operating under the name Bully Jiu Jitsu Academy, the gym draws its name from daughter Gabbie, who received the nickname Bully from Professor Nathan Lott during tournament action, and family rescue dog Nova Leigh. Instruction is provided by Josh Booty, who serves as Owner and Head Instructor, alongside Head Instructor Larry Bradford. The teaching team also includes Instructor John O'Donoghue and Instructor Jamie Berry, who provide martial arts training for men, women, and children at the academy. Instructional offerings center on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu along with folk style wrestling. In the folk wrestling program, students learn techniques across offense, defense, and neutral position scenarios to control opponents. Training helps students develop perseverance, respect, and character through regular physical workouts on the mats.
