Casa Nami Muay Thai

Casa Nami Muay Thai is a community Muay Thai gym located at 7900 Mulberry Bottom Ct in Springfield, Virginia. The program began by posting a sign on the corner and holding pads for friends and family, growing into a home-gym training space with both an indoor mat area and a covered outdoor workout space. Group classes welcome teenagers ages 13 to 17 and adults from first-time beginners to active competitors, meeting on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 6pm and Saturday at 10am. Each Sunday at 10am, a 1-hour Nami Open Mat gives members time for bag work, padwork, drilling, or competitor sparring. The gym also offers 1-hour private training covering padwork, technique, strategy, and strength and conditioning, 30-minute Half Hour Of Power padwork sessions, and private 1-on-1 or small-group training for kids ages 6 and up.
