Clockwork Jiu Jitsu provides Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training at 650 Broadway 2nd floor in the NoHo neighborhood of New York, New York. The Manhattan academy offers specialized training spaces with extensive mat areas accommodating daily group classes and private instruction. The academy was established and is directed by Head Instructor Josh Griffiths, a 4th Degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Griffiths is a Pan American Champion and three-time North American Abu Dhabi Pro Qualifier who started training at age twenty-one while studying computer and electrical engineering at Stevens Institute of Technology. Programs include fundamental adult classes, advanced Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, competition training, and private coaching sessions. Students learn weight distribution, leverage, positional escapes, sweeps, and submission finishes in an authentic, detail-oriented mat environment.
