Danny Dring's Living Defense Martial Arts provides multi-discipline combat arts instruction at 308 East Kiehl Avenue, Suite A-4, in Sherwood, Arkansas. Operating from the same location for nearly forty years, the training center delivers structured self-defense education for youth and adult students. The academy is owned and founded by Master Danny Dring, an eighth-degree black belt in Taekwondo, seventh-degree black belt in Weeping Style Jujutsu, seventh-degree black belt in kickboxing, and third-degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The instructional staff also includes fifth-degree Taekwondo black belt Debra Holmes and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt Tim Lafave. Training encompasses Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Taekwondo, boxing, kickboxing, mixed martial arts, and Weeping Style Jujutsu. Youth instruction features Little Dragons classes for children ages 3 to 5 and beginning Taekwondo for ages 5 to 12. Prospective students can register for a complimentary trial class.
