Fairfield Fit Club BJJ

Fit Club BJJ is located at 1496 Post Rd in Fairfield, Connecticut. The academy instruction is directed by Head Professor Marcelo, alongside Professor Rodrigo and Professor Rob, an experienced police officer specializing in self-defense. The teaching staff also includes Professor Tania, who leads the women's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program, as well as coaches Matt and Matheus. The training curriculum provides Gi and No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes structured for beginning practitioners through experienced grapplers. Youth programs include the Little Ninjas program starting at age 3, dedicated instruction for children ages 7 to 12, and a separate teens program. Classes run seven days a week for adults and six days a week for kids, offering training times from early morning through evening hours. Fit Club BJJ maintains a training space designed for students pursuing recreational fitness, technical grappling, and personal self-defense. New students can register for a free trial week to tour the Fairfield academy and participate on the mats.
