Flow Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu operates at 4 Cedar Street in Rockland, Maine. The academy is part of the Tom DeBlass Association, tracing its lineage through Renzo Gracie and Ricardo Almeida. Instruction is led by head instructor Hayden Martz, a first-degree black belt, alongside Sandra Martz, an instructor and strength coach holding a brown belt, brown belt coach Aidan Hamar, and striking coach Sam Martin. The curriculum delivers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for adults and youth in both gi and no-gi formats. Adult classes guide students through foundational technique, situational sparring, and live rolling. Striking instruction is provided through Muay Thai classes covering striking, footwork, and conditioning. Additional offerings include a women's program running twice a week in gi and no-gi, alongside kids classes for ages five through sixteen. Coaches emphasize technical progress, safety, and mutual support across all experience levels. Members train for personal fitness, practical self-defense, or tournament competition. Prospective students can register online to take part in a free trial class.
