Haven Grappling Academy

Haven Grappling Academy is situated at 2929-C Eskridge Road in Fairfax, Virginia, located in Merrifield near the Dunn Loring Metro station. Operating under Arcane Training LLC, the school serves students from Fairfax, Vienna, Falls Church, and Annandale with practical grappling and striking disciplines. Instruction on the mats is directed by head coach Troy, who brings more than a decade of submission grappling background to class programming. The instructional approach prioritizes live sparring rounds, wrestling takedowns, and technical positional mastery over lecture-heavy formats. Training schedules provide over 24 classes each week across no-gi jiu-jitsu, gi jiu-jitsu, and Muay Thai, operating seven days a week from morning through evening. Youth programming features a kids jiu-jitsu curriculum designed for ages 6 to 14, while adults choose between twice-weekly and unlimited training memberships.
