Helena Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is situated at 1350 Cherry Avenue in Helena, MT. 59601. The academy is an affiliate of Lovato Jiu Jitsu Association. Academy owner and lead instructor David Cronenwett has been an active practitioner of jiu jitsu since 1996, receiving his black belt in October 2015. Training programs cater to adults, young kids, youth and teens across both gi and no-gi formats. Prospective students are invited to try a free class. Weekly scheduling features all levels classes at noon on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Morning training runs from 6:00AM-7:30AM on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Evening offerings include essentials jiu jitsu at 6:00PM on Monday and Thursday, youth BJJ at 5:00PM on Monday and Wednesday, competition jiu jitsu on Friday at 5:30PM, and open mat on Friday at 12:00PM and Saturday at 10:00AM.
