Hierba Mala Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Hierba Mala Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu operates a martial arts academy located at 2100 Orchard Ave in San Leandro, California. The school serves local practitioners and families across the San Leandro community with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes offered seven days a week. The training schedule features an Adult BJJ Program alongside an exclusive women's Jiu-Jitsu program designed for all experience levels. Women's classes specifically teach practitioners to utilize leverage and proper technique to defend against larger opponents in a supportive learning environment. Beginner classes are structured to accommodate students with zero prior martial arts experience, helping each participant develop self-defense ability and core strength. Prospective students can view the weekly timetable online and claim a free session to experience training on the mats firsthand.
