Jackson Hole MMA

Jackson Hole MMA provides combat sports training and physical conditioning at 3580 South Park Drive in Jackson, Wyoming. Situated inside the JH Indoor Sports Facility, the academy serves Jackson and the greater Teton area with weekday morning, afternoon, and evening training sessions. The training center was established by former Division I college wrestlers, a professional mixed martial artist, and a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt. The school maintains dual formal affiliations, linking its grappling curriculum with Mass BJJ under black belt Professor Mike Pelligrino, while coordinating its striking system as an affiliate of Bang Muay Thai, developed by coach Duane Ludwig alongside Bas Rutten. Members also attend seminars hosted by guest martial arts competitors and UFC veterans. Curriculum options encompass gi and no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals, collegiate wrestling takedowns, Bang Muay Thai kickboxing, and mixed martial arts. Youth programs teach grappling and kickboxing through supervised drills and positional control.
