Kaizen MMA Falls Church

Kaizen MMA Falls Church provides martial arts education and combat sports training at 2190-K Pimmit Dr in Falls Church, Virginia. Established in 2001, the school is guided by the Japanese concept of continuous improvement, serving youth and adult practitioners across northern Virginia. The training organization was founded by Coach Nima, who has taught martial arts across northern Virginia for more than two decades, developing the academy from a single room in Falls Church into multiple regional branches. Instructors at the academy have trained athletes who competed in UFC, Bellator, and ONE Championship, focusing on technical precision, personal attention, and consistent skill progression for students of every experience level. Course programs encompass Grappling combining wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Striking spanning boxing, Muay Thai, and kickboxing, an adult MMA Program, teen classes for ages 13 to 17, and Kids Martial Arts Classes, with complimentary trial sessions offered to prospective students.
