Boxing and Striking form the stated martial-arts focus for LISTO BOXING in Overzet, Belgium. Boxing identifies a discipline centered on punches, while the accompanying Striking label places the listing within a broader stand-up martial-arts category. For a beginner, these two labels make the overall emphasis easy to recognize: the supplied focus is on Boxing and Striking rather than on a grappling discipline. For someone comparing martial-arts directions, the combination signals a stand-up-oriented identity without adding claims about techniques, preparation, or outcomes. LISTO BOXING is therefore distinguished by its paired Boxing and Striking focus and by its location in Overzet, Belgium, giving the name a specific martial-arts profile grounded entirely in the stated disciplines.
