Legacy Jiu-Jitsu West Adams is located at 4472 W Adams Blvd in Los Angeles, CA 90016. The training center provides martial arts instruction for children, teenagers, and adult practitioners in the West Adams neighborhood of Los Angeles. The academy offers structured programs designed for physical fitness, self-defense skills, and competition preparation. Instruction is led by Owner & Head Instructor Professor Mark A. Bradford. The coaching staff also features Black Belt & Head Instructor Professor Lulu Williams. The instructors provide technical guidance across multiple martial arts disciplines, fostering personal growth, discipline, and student safety on the mats. The program roster includes an Adults Jiu-Jitsu curriculum that accommodates students aged 14 and older across all experience levels. Youth instruction is delivered through the Kids Jiu-Jitsu program to help children develop motor skills, self-confidence, and social skills. Striking classes are also available through the Sick Side Muay Thai program for fitness enthusiasts and aspiring fighters.
