Nexus American Jiu Jitsu

Nexus American Jiu Jitsu operates at 4924 South Point Parkway in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Conveniently situated off Route 1 at Southpoint across from the local Cracker Barrel, the academy features dedicated on-site parking and modern mat spaces. The academy was founded by head instructor Gannon, a black belt who trained from 2014 out of BETA in Washington DC and received his black belt under Keenan Cornelius and Andris Brunovskis. Gannon brings competition experience from professional grappling events including Fight To Win 183 and Arte Suave 13, guiding students in modern grappling systems. Course offerings include Gi and No-Gi grappling, wrestling, leg locks, competition training, and private lessons. Youth development is structured into the Level 1 Nexus Littles program for ages 4 to 6 and Level 2 Nexus Juniors for ages 7 to 12, alongside dedicated beginner courses.
