Nova Jiu Jitsu

Nova Jiu Jitsu operates at 8484 Seneca TRL S. in Ronceverte, WV 24970. The facility serves as a martial arts and athletic training hub for individuals and families across the local community. Martial arts offerings center on Youth Jiu Jitsu, which serves as the academy flagship program for younger students. The gym also conducts Family Jiu Jitsu sessions that bring parents, children, and adults together on the mats for Essentials Jiu Jitsu practice, alongside an Adult Essentials Jiu Jitsu track open to participants ages 12 and older, men, and women of diverse skill levels. Complementary training options feature Nova Boxing & Striking, providing coach-led boxing workouts focused on strength, coordination, and cardio conditioning. The gym also houses The Circuit @ Nova, a functional fitness training system built around the Italian-designed Outrace equipment platform by Sidea, as well as an in-house kitchen concept named Coco’s Feel Good Food.
