Perfect Submission Jiu Jitsu

Perfect Submission Jiu Jitsu (PSJJ) is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program in Humble, TX that was founded in March 2025 as part of the SecondFIT sports and fitness ministry of Second Baptist Church. Created as both a grappling program and a Christian community outreach, the school uses positive reinforcement to help students of all experience levels grow in confidence, develop discipline, and push toward their personal best. Classes are taught by Head Coach Josh Sarot, who brings over a decade of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu experience, completed most of his training under 10th Planet Grants Pass, and has coached at Hero Way, 10th Planet Round Rock, and 10th Planet New Caney. Working alongside Coach Sarot is Program Coordinator Pastor Austin Serrett, who oversees SecondFIT and served for seven years as a police officer. Perfect Submission Jiu Jitsu holds 90-minute All Levels No-Gi classes on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
