Progressive Martial Arts

Progressive Martial Arts operates at 1604 S Washington Suite B2 in Grand Forks, ND, situated in the lower level of the Darkside Tattoo building. Established in Grand Forks in 1995, the facility serves martial artists across Grand Forks, East Grand Forks, and neighboring communities. Instruction includes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, mixed martial arts, kickboxing, boxing, and youth martial arts. The academy is owned and operated by father and son black belts Ken Greer and Josh Greer, who share more than 40 combined years of martial arts experience. Ken Greer holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with extensive background coaching fighters in Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, and MMA. Josh Greer has trained in BJJ and mixed martial arts since 2010 and has coached at PMA for over 10 years. In addition to civilian classes, the gym has partnered with local law enforcement agencies to provide defensive tactics and subject control training.
