Palm Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is located at 3365 Freeland Rd in Saginaw, MI. Established in 2014, the academy provides martial arts education and athletic training serving Saginaw, Bay City, Midland, and surrounding areas. Instructional leadership includes Carl Rabideau, Vince Barber, Brandon Elder, and Karl Briggs, offering students experienced competition insight. The school offers age-segmented programs including Kids Jiu Jitsu, Teen Jiu Jitsu, and Adult Jiu Jitsu classes. Youth training develops physical fitness, motor skills, focus, and self-defense capabilities in an active environment. The academy also features a Women’s Empowerment jiu jitsu program designed to build personal security and technical confidence. Adult and teen classes run Monday through Thursday evenings starting at 6:00 p.m., accommodating beginner practitioners through experienced martial artists. Training options include both gi and no-gi practice. Prospective students can register for an introductory training pass through the academy website.
