Rockland Grapplers and Boxing RGB

Rockland Grapplers & Boxing is located at 55 W. Railroad Ave. Bldg 3A East Side Second Floor in Garnerville, NY 10923, situated within the GarnerARTS Center. Training at the facility is guided by Head Boxing Coach Joe Bocassi and Head Jiu-Jitsu Coach Jon Di Dio. The instructional team provides coaching across both martial disciplines, offering entry-level classes alongside advanced sessions designed for athletes preparing to compete in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Traditional Boxing. Adult programs in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu feature Basics: Adult Gi, Advanced: Adult with Gi, and Advanced: Adult No Gi. Striking offerings include Fundamentals of Boxing, Advanced Boxing, and Cardio Boxing. For younger students aged 5-10, the school conducts Basics: Kids Gi. Facility hours run Monday – Friday: 3pm – 9pm and Saturday: 10am – 4pm, with Sunday: Closed.
