Sacramento Jiu Jitsu Team Maxwell centers its listed focus on both Gi and No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu in Sacramento, California, USA. Gi Jiu-Jitsu is the grappling format associated with a traditional uniform, while No-Gi identifies a format practiced without that garment-based emphasis, giving the record two complementary ways to describe the same martial-art foundation. For someone beginning to explore Jiu-Jitsu, those labels provide a clear broad picture of an approach that recognizes both forms of the discipline rather than only one. For a competitor, the Gi and No-Gi distinction is likewise useful because competition formats can differentiate between uniform-based grips and a format without them. The Sacramento location places this Gi-and-No-Gi martial-arts record in California’s capital city, and its name is Sacramento Jiu Jitsu Team Maxwell.
