Shay Walsh MMA operates training facilities at 93-95 Mainway, Lancaster, LA1 2AY. The gym is established to serve the local martial arts community in Lancaster, England. New practitioners and visiting athletes can explore scheduling and introductory information through the gym portal. Academy instruction is led by Shay Walsh, who serves as Head Coach. The coaching staff also features Sergio Zappone as MMA Coach, Georgi Valentinov as Freestyle Wrestling Coach, and Charlie Ash as MMA Coach. Instructors oversee training development across youth, amateur, and competitive divisions. Training programs offer instruction in mixed martial arts alongside dedicated Squad Training and one-on-one instruction under PRIVATE COACHING. Class options include specialized programming for Kids (5-11y/o) and Teens (12-17y/o), as well as access to the S&C gym. Prospective students can select Book FREE Session to begin training.
