Twisted Jiu Jitsu

Twisted Jiu Jitsu brings together Gi and No-Gi jiu-jitsu in Sofia, Bulgaria, with Wheelchair Accessible listed among its amenities and a $$ price-range symbol. The Gi focus centers the traditional jacket-based side of jiu-jitsu, while No-Gi identifies the grappling format practiced without that garment. Seen together, these disciplines give the record a clear emphasis on two closely related approaches to jiu-jitsu rather than a single format. For someone beginning to explore the sport, the labels distinguish between grappling with the grips associated with a gi and the different grip context of No-Gi. For a competitor, they signal that both Gi and No-Gi are part of the gym’s stated training focus. Twisted Jiu Jitsu is located in Sofia, Bulgaria.
