Gi and No-Gi are the defining Brazilian jiu-jitsu focuses listed for Warrior Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy in San Ramon, California, USA. Gi identifies Brazilian jiu-jitsu practiced with the traditional uniform, while No-Gi identifies the same grappling-centered discipline without that uniform as the stated focus. Together, these labels present two closely related ways to explore Brazilian jiu-jitsu under the Warrior Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy name. A beginner can use the distinction to understand that clothing and grips are a meaningful part of how Gi and No-Gi are commonly framed, while a competitor can recognize them as separate focus labels within Brazilian jiu-jitsu. The San Ramon, CA, location gives this record a clear place within the USA, and its discipline mix remains specifically centered on Gi and No-Gi Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
