Coach Brian Yi is the instructor at MOMO BJJ in Frisco, Texas, with 20+ years of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu experience. He holds a 3rd-degree black belt under coral belt Marcelo Alonso, in the Carlson Gracie lineage. A father and a coach, he is a Certified Athletic Development Specialist (CADS) who is SafeSport trained, IBJJF background checked, and Red Cross certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED. His coaching focuses on long-term athletic development, building better movers, confident athletes, and technically skilled grapplers.
