Cassio Martins is the founder and head coach of Knots Jiu-Jitsu. A Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt since 2012, he was promoted under Master Breno Ângelo of Gracie Petrópolis and Rolker Gracie, son of Grand Master Hélio Gracie. He has taught children and adults for more than 15 years across several countries and has won national and international titles as a competitor. As a coach he has guided athletes to gold medals at the Abu Dhabi World Professional Jiu-Jitsu Championship and was formally recognised by H.H. Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan for his contributions to Jiu-Jitsu in Abu Dhabi. He also holds a bachelor's degree in physical education.
