Courtney Anderson is one of the coaches at Grapple Zone. He is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt with more than ten years on the mats, seven of them spent teaching. Anderson has competed widely on the UK tournament circuit, collecting gold, silver and bronze medals at a range of BJJ events. He also holds a brown belt in judo, which adds a second grappling discipline to his coaching. Off the mat he is known at the club for his willingness to help anyone looking for guidance and for a friendly, positive manner.
