Damien Robert Keeter
Damien Keeter co-founded Synergy Movement Studio in 2024, bringing judo, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, kickboxing and taekwondo together under one roof. His martial arts path began in 2009 with judo, in which he earned a second-dan black belt and represented Team Ontario as a four-time national team member, at one point being considered for Olympic qualification. He started Brazilian jiu-jitsu in 2011 and received his black belt in May 2025. Along the way he also competed in kickboxing and taekwondo, adding a further black belt in 2021. With 17 years of training behind him, his goal at Synergy is to develop well-rounded martial artists through an integrated approach.
