Detailed Description

Guilherme Mendes is a 4-time Black Belt World Champion and co-founder of the Art of Jiu-Jitsu (AOJ) academy. Along with his brother Rafael, he has pioneered modern guard techniques and coached many of the sport's top active competitors.
