Detailed Description

Henri Hooft is a Dutch kickboxing trainer and founder of the world-famous Kill Cliff FC (formerly Sanford MMA). A former kickboxing world champion himself, he created the "Hooft System" of striking and has coached UFC champions Kamaru Usman, Luke Rockhold, and Rashad Evans, as well as Gilbert Burns and Michael Chandler.
