Jason Mondigo is the head instructor and a black belt at Fraction Jiu-Jitsu, the Over Limit Jiu-Jitsu Academy affiliate he leads in Cebu City. He began training in mid-2010 and was promoted to black belt in August 2022 by Edison Kagohara, founder of the Over Limit Jiu-Jitsu Academy Worldwide Association. In 2015 he started a kids' jiu-jitsu program in Cebu that grew into one of the city's largest youth teams, and in December 2021 he founded Fraction Jiu-Jitsu with training partners from the Over Limit Cebu group. Mondigo has competed locally and internationally since 2014, becoming a two-time IBJJF Asian Open champion and a multiple-time ASJJF event champion. His 2024 results include second place at the IBJJF American Nationals, first at the IBJJF San Diego International Open and third at the SJJIF World Championship in Nagoya. He is also president of the ASJJF Philippines-Cebu.
