Jeff Boudreaux is the owner and head instructor of Unit 2 Fitness & Martial Arts in Decatur, Georgia. A Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, he is a three-time Pan American Champion and a two-time World Championship medalist, and he has promoted students of his own to black belt, including the academy's instructor Ryne. Beyond jiu-jitsu, Boudreaux has a background in powerlifting, Olympic lifting, wrestling and mixed martial arts. His interest in fitness dates to middle school, when he was recognized as the first student at his school to run a mile in under six minutes.
