Jonathan Burke is the founder, owner and head coach of VI Levels Orlando. After graduating from Binghamton University in New York, he moved to Los Angeles to train full-time at the Gracie Academy with Royce Gracie, and the school he built is described as the only Royce Gracie-lineage training facility in Central Florida. Burke's training took him abroad and through California, Connecticut, New York, North Carolina, New Mexico and Florida. He founded VI Levels after 17 years of studying Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, mixed martial arts, self-defense and fitness, organizing the program around six recurring elements he had observed in how students learn and coaches teach. In addition to heading the academy, he coaches its competition team.
