Professor Juan Pablo Garcia is the head instructor of the EDJ association and leads EDJ School of Jiu-Jitsu, which began as a single academy in Corona and has grown into multiple locations, including Rancho Cucamonga, along with a network of affiliate schools. He holds a fourth-degree black belt. Garcia has more than 30 years of training experience and over 20 years dedicated to teaching. He built EDJ on the belief that jiu-jitsu is a vehicle for discipline, leadership and character, and developed a structured, step-by-step system that the school says has produced champions at the World, Pan American and European stages while also training instructors and academy owners.
