Black Belt
Long Nguyen is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and the Head No-Gi Instructor at Mint Hill Jiu-Jitsu. He began wrestling in the fourth grade and competed through high school, started training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in 2000 under Luis Togno, and has coached middle and high school wrestling since 2003. In 2020, he earned his black belt under Paulo Elsimaani of Checkmat.
