Lorenzo Fraquelli

Lorenzo Fraquelli is the founder and head coach of Wave BJJ in Chiswick, West London. A Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, he built the club on the idea that sound technique and a welcoming environment can make the art accessible to anyone regardless of age, background or fitness level. Fraquelli has years of competition and teaching experience behind him. He teaches both gi and no-gi, and his listed specialisms include beginner development, technical instruction, competition preparation and self-defence, with classes described as technically detailed and clearly explained.
