Oscar Alejandro Cardona

Oscar Cardona is the founder and head professor of Cardona's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Lake Worth Beach, Florida. He holds a black belt under Master Renato Tavares and has been an active competitor throughout his jiu-jitsu career, with medals at the IBJJF World and Pan-American championships as well as IBJJF International Open events. He describes the academy as a family rather than simply a team, and says he works to ensure every student reaches their full potential. The school's programs put a particular emphasis on self-defense and its bully-proofing curriculum.
